ORLANDO, Fla. — This Winn-Dixie was one of six grocery stores I visited while in town for the Produce Marketing Association's Fresh Summit.
I liked the use of color in this store, starting with the big display of pumpkins, yellow mums and other fall items at the front of the produce department.
I saw a couple of presentations I hadn't seen before of apples and squash. Reviewing my photos, I noticed that collard greens had a more prominent presence than we'd see in other regions, which comes as no surprise if you've seen our Produce Purchases by Region video.
