Seventy-two readers voted on our most recent poll: "How will the new tomato suspension agreement affect Mexico-U.S. tomato trade in the next five years?"

Forty-three percent voted that the new deal will limit growth of Mexican imports because of new protections. 

While fifty-seven percent said it will have no effect; long term trend of increased tomato imports from Mexico will continue.
