Not necessarily the Dow Jones average for produce prices
There is no Dow Jones Average for produce, unfortunately, but the quest to measure the market persists. Here is one example of an attempt to capture the price trends of ten top volume produce commodities that I recently assembled. Thoughts on additions/subtractions to the top ten are welcome.
The Honeycrisp apple is a fan favorite and retailers give the apple a lot of love as well.
