Relax. Newly updated figures show 2019 per capita statistics for fresh vegetables, and it is good news.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture reported that per capita availability of fresh vegetables increased from 149.2 pounds in 2018 to 153.3 pounds in 2019, while the share of fresh vegetables supplies by imports rose very slightly, from 31.7% to 31.9% in 2019.
