Envy apples find star status on lifestyle blog
Envy apples are being promoted on Poosh, the lifestyle blog of celebrity Kourtney Kardashian.
Kardashian’s Poosh recently highlighted Envy as “my favorite apple of all time – so crispy and sweet,” according to a news release.
With an audience of 3 million followers on Instagram, 369,000 on Twitter and 28,000 on Facebook, the release Poosh is collaborating with T&G Global, owner of the Envy brand, to tell followers about the apple during the holiday season..
Poosh touts the use of Envy in entertainment and snacking uses, including:
- Slicing to optimize the flavor experience; Envy ranks No. 1 for flavor, texture, aroma and appearance, independently tested against varieties including Honeycrisp, fuji, gala and Cosmic Crisp, according to the release;
- Using Envy on cheese platters and as the lead ingredient in a Waldorf salad; and
- Substituting chips with Envy apples as a snack.
